Learn to save and make money.
 
Weekly meetings will be held to exchange and discuss views, information and ideas for investing money.  Focus will be primarily but not limited to stock market type investments.  All levels of investors are welcome.  Professionals are invited but direct sales are not allowed.  Subjects and format will be determined by members.  Outside speakers will be brought in occasionally.  Informative political information will be allowed but not political discussion or comment.  Consider the meetings as tutorial and a continuing education, not a formal class.  Class will be held on Wednesday, 10:00 am - 11:00 pm. Please call and RSVP for the first class.

This class will introduce you to myths and facts about Medicaid qualification for long term care.  When long term care in a nursing home is needed it is possible to preserve the majority of your assets and still qualify for nursing home benefits.  Spend down can be stopped.  A person with more than $2,000 in assets can qualify for Medicaid benefits.  Even if income is above the Medicaid limit a specific trust can be created to help with income qualification.
